ABOUT KRISTINA HARRINGTON

Working in the talent field for over 10 + years. My key responsibilities throughout my different roles include but are not limited to; leading the recruitment process for senior-level positions, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs. I also focus on building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. In addition, my main duties as an RC include scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics for candidate meetings, and maintaining the recruitment database to ensure accurate records. I also assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and sending out offer letters. Additionally, I work closely with the recruitment team to support various administrative tasks and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Playing a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment by organizing team-building activities, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supporting employee engagement programs. Additionally, I assist in developing policies that align with the company\'s values and ensure that all employees feel valued and respected.Able to pivot into different areas of the organization and thrive when working with cross-functional teams with tight turnaround deadlines. Providing consistent white glove candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
