Support the program development and strategic planning, directing, budgeting, coordinating, and managing the domestic and international scientific and technical activities of SSERVI. Assist the Director in developing and executing advocacy strategies for SSERVI to key stakeholders including HQ organizations, NASA Ames leadership, and to key community organizations such as LEAG and SBAG. Act as Technical Monitor for all Cooperative Agreements. Responsible for fiscal and evaluative interactions with the SSERVI Lead Teams. Assist in planning and implementing future research solicitations for SSERVI membership and in coordinating the review of such solicitations, developing peer review panels and assembling recommendations for new teams. Work with the Director in providing policy and public advocacy for science and technology development done through SSERVI, particularly in the area of lunar and small body science, with applications to human exploration. Lead the management and continued development of the SSERVI international partnership program and represent SSERVI internationally.
