ABOUT KRISTINA CHRASTIL

When you see me in the (often times virtual) office, I go by “KC.” I appreciate the ability to be the voice of others, network, and bring new ideas to the table at every opportunity. I value and use innovation, organization, dedication, and collaboration on the daily. I find joy in getting to \"professionally throw spaghetti at the wall\" and seeing the majority of it stick - what can I say beyond, I\'m good at what I do;) I’ve spent the past nine years in corporate America, where I’ve implemented strategies that strengthen internal operations, external sales and engagement across all avenues. My current role allows me to build new solutions and streamline efficiency across platforms, programs, people, and products. While I’ve spent over a decade in the financial industry—starting in the field as a financial representative and eventually moving into back-office operations and sales support—the skills I’ve developed are highly transferable and valuable across a wide range of industries and organizations. On a personal note, I’m an ENFP, Enneagram 9w1, and my Hogwarts house is Slytherin. I love traveling, pumpkin pie, and puns / bomb mom jokes. When I’m not working, you’ll find me being a mom to the best tween girls, toddler boy, and spending time with my husband. If any of this resonates, I hope you consider dropping me a message.
