Kristina Burmeister is a Director of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation. As part of Kimco’s west coast team, Kristina is responsible for the leasing of the Washington and Oregon portfolios consisting of 17 shopping centers totaling over 3.6M square feet. As the Director of Real Estate, Kristina negotiates all new leases and renewals throughout the regional portfolio and is responsible for the annual underwriting of all 17 assets. Kristina interacts with institutional partners, including Prudential, and prepares and presents portfolio direction to executive management and institutional partners. She also manages and supervises the daily activities of the local team including a Leasing Associate and a Leasing Assistant.
