In Ms. Ashcraft’s role as Corporate Vice President, she works in conjunction with the President and Chief Operating Officer to determine the strategic direction of all MC Consultants, Inc. consulting groups, as well as carry out the corporation’s strategic plan through overseeing operations, developing functional roles and assigning responsibilities to employees who report directly to her. Ms. Ashcraft is also responsible for oversight and workflow monitoring of forensic consulting projects, as well as staff supervision and development. Ms. Ashcraft’s years of industry experience in both insurance and litigation is extensive which positions her to add tremendous value to the corporate management team.
