Development, adaptation and sustainable implementation of the marketing and communication strategy for B2B and B2C (application areas: focus on kitchen & bathroom as well as facades, floors, walls in architecture) • Independent control of all marketing actions (product releases, retail campaigns, event and trade fair planning, customer loyalty program, mailings) including conception, planning, briefing and coordination with internal and external interfaces, operative implementation and budget control • Marketing and communication planning (print & digital) and management of external agencies (PR, online agencies). Creation and follow-up of editorial and workflow plans as well as coordination of content and deadlines for the DA Region • Communication and coordination of local sales & marketing campaigns and activities of the five sales offices in Germany/Austria. This also requires a high willingness to travel • Lead management, as well as development and implementation of a content strategy for the area of architecture
