I joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2022 as a Senior Search Consultant, bringing a strategic focus on Financial Services across industries like Family Office, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Professional Services, Real Estate, Nonprofit, and Startup environments. As my career progressed, I broadened my expertise to support Accounting & Finance, Administrative, Banking, Compliance, Corporate Development, Insurance, and Wealth Management & Investment Advisory searches.With a strong foundation in client and candidate management, I specialize in recruitment strategy, technical recruiting, executive search, and contingent, exclusive contingent, and retained searches. I am passionate about relationship building, strategic advisory, and ethical recruiting practices, leveraging my business acumen and deep industry knowledge to connect top talent with organizations. My key skills include mentoring, executive communication, and delivering confidential, consultative search services to both candidates and clients.A proud Baltimore native, I was blessed to begin my career at Sudina Search, Inc, the firm founded by my father, Chuck Sudina. After his sudden passing, I had the honor of leading the company, which further strengthened my commitment to excellence in executive search. My academic journey took me from Roland Park Country School to the University of Maryland, College Park, where I majored in Communication and Geography. As a former member of the Maryland Women’s Lacrosse Team, I am proud to be a two-time national champion.Outside of work, I am dedicated to my community, coaching girls\' soccer and lacrosse and volunteering at Hunt Valley Church and St. Joseph’s School in Cockeysville.
