Since joining Hanover County, I\'ve led initiatives that connect and inform our community in fresh, meaningful ways. From reimagining The Hanover Review newsletter and launching the Hear in Hanover podcast to creating the Engage Hanover Citizens Academy, our focus on storytelling and outreach has brought county government closer to residents. We also created a new electronic newsletter with a rapidly growing subscriber list, expanding our reach even further. I\'ve prioritized community engagement, strengthened internal communications and enhanced employee recognition. In addition, I serve as the County’s FOIA Officer and collaborate on the ongoing modernization of our County website. My work reflects a commitment to transparency, innovation and community service.
