About Kristin Slaton

Ms. Slaton is a Certified Project Manager with AECOM’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Practice. She has been in the TDM industry for 19 years and represents a breadth of practical expertise, skills, and knowledge acquired by managing multi-million dollar statewide commuter assistance projects and implementing award-winning travel demand projects in the field. Ms. Slaton has managed high-profile, comprehensive TDM programs including MassRIDES, the Statewide Travel Options Program for Massachusetts, Club Ride in Southern Nevada, and The Clean Air Campaign in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also contributed to a variety of TDM projects through program development and analysis, staff and stakeholder training, marketing and communications, and program evaluation. Ms. Slaton has the experience of planning and launching TDM programs from scratch, analyzing and revamping programs that required a major overhaul, and managing all aspects of implementation, including hands-on outreach, marketing and special promotions, program and technical operations, and evaluation and reporting. She understands the challenges of implementing TDM services across multiple geographies and with a broad range of stakeholder engagement.
