ABOUT KRISTIN SHORT
I was born and raised in Idaho. After high school I attended Oregon State University and graduated with 3 degrees. After graduation, I worked for a company as an environmental technician for five years then started my own company as an environmental consultant. I oversaw all of the major food processing companies for Oregon Washington and Idaho for 15 years. Changes in my personal life brought me back to Idaho about eight years ago. I then started my career as a home inspector and apprenticed under the national Association of realtors top producer for two years and got my own license. I then bought the company six years ago and it continues to grow. With my developer, agent, land owner, and builder connections, I own a land development company that brings builders and developers together along with joining the Cedar and Sage Development Team. I absolutely love my job! I enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and helping bring the right team together to take a project from a dream to build out.
