I’ve always believed that great teams are the heart of great work. I’ve spent more than 10 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, freelance operations, resource management, and people operations because I love helping people find roles where they feel excited and supported.My experience includes full-cycle recruiting, HRIS and ATS work (UKG, Jobvite, Workday, etc), onboarding, vendor setup, and general operations support. Most of my career has been in fast-paced creative agencies where things change constantly, and I’ve become the person who can jump in when something is confusing, urgent, or messy and figure out how to make it run smoothly.I enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships with candidates, freelancers, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Whether I’m staffing a project, improving a process, or fixing a system issue, my goal is always to make the experience easier and better for everyone involved.I work well in environments that move quickly and where every day looks a little different.
