Since 2007, Kristin has managed dozens of organizations’ survey processes. She has worked with an impressive client base. The companies that she has worked with span across many different industries. Kristin has worked on various types of surveys including Employee Compensation, Engagement, and 360-Degree. Her project experience encompasses multi-language/global survey administration, paper-based and web-based surveying, and standard and complex web-based reporting. Kristin works closely with clients to coordinate all phases of these projects; including initial development, survey design and set-up, data management, and the generation and feedback of results. Kristin enjoys working with different people from different business backgrounds to help them see and understand the current climate of their work environment and to help them better their work situations.
