RED WING BRIDGE PROJECTAs the Visual Quality Coordinator, Kristin worked closely with multiple state/federal agencies and community stakeholders to develop the Visual Quality Manual for the new bridge that spans the Mississippi from Red Wing, MN to Wisconsin.
