About Kristin Newhall

Have over 25 years of experience in private equity, serving in leadership roles across multiple functions. Most recently, the Partner responsible for Investor Relations and Administration at High Road Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm investing at the small end of the middle market. Prior to joining High Road, Ms. Newhall was a partner at The Riverside Company, where she led 18 acquisitions and served as Chairman or Director on 10 boards of directors, and supported fundraising and reporting to investors. Prior to joining Riverside, was a VP with Citigroup Investments Private Equity Group and an associate with Citibank\'s Technology Investment Group and Strategic Investment Group. Kristin holds a BA in American Studies from Brandeis University and an MA in History from Columbia University.Specialties: Experience in investing in control positions in companies at the smaller end of the middle market, focusing on industry-leading companies valued at $10 million to $100 million. Experience in acquisition, portfolio management, and realization. Career experience also includes managing all administrative functions (human capital, investor relations, and public relations) at a small private equity firm.
