The ENGAGE team works to enhance employee experience, fostering a sense of belonging and continuous learning. I get to do lots of great things to help this process, my favorite being working with interns in programs that focus on productivity, communication, and collaboration. Our summer programs provide exposure to various tools and programming languages in the field of software development, encouraging students to pursue degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical disciplines. I also focus on onboarding, learning and development.
