ABOUT KRISTIN LYNCH
Marketing is about the stories you tell, and nothing tells a great story like data. That philosophy has guided my fascinating career journey—from CPG brands to convenience stores, and for almost the last decade, into the restaurant industry. Each stop taught me something different about connecting with consumers.Currently, I lead the customer success and strategic services team at Paytronix, where I get to work with some incredible restaurant and c-store brands. Whether it\'s building loyalty programs that actually drive repeat visits or crafting campaigns that turn data points into meaningful guest relationships, I\'m focused on strategies that deliver real business results for our customers. This expertise didn’t happen overnight. Those early years in CPG taught me the fundamentals of brand positioning and consumer insights. My time in convenience stores showed me the power of location-based marketing and quick decision-making. But it\'s the restaurant industry where I\'ve truly thrived—there\'s something special about helping brands create experiences that bring people together over food. I\'ve worked across Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, private equity-backed brands, and franchise organizations. What I\'ve learned is that great marketing isn\'t about the size of your budget—it\'s about understanding your customer so well that every touchpoint feels personal. I thrive in challenging environments where I can lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and turn ambitious visions into measurable results. The restaurant industry is tough, fast-paced, and constantly evolving. As a working mom who\'s built her career across multiple consumer industries, I bring resilience, adaptability, and an understanding that great leadership means empowering others to do their best work. I\'m passionate about developing talent, building diverse teams, and creating strategies that don\'t just look good on paper—they work in the real world. When I’m not strategizing with clients or collaborating with my team, you\'ll find me managing my daughter\'s soccer team, driving my son to karate, or getting in a good Peloton ride or run. Life is full, busy, and exactly how I like it.
