My passion started as a child in West Africa, where neighbors and friends tackled intractable challenges with humor, grit, and ingenuity. In the U.S, I continue to learn from people around me: individuals experiencing and/or solving for human crisis - medical, economic, political, social, metaphorical. They prove to me that tomorrow CAN be better than today!
