Manage the day-to-day activities of the Project Management stream within Business Units and oversee timelines accordingly.• Providing visible, practical and motivational support to Business Units from a Project Management function• Onboarding and educating teams on digital requirements, processes, tools and platforms• Developing working relationships with other departments and work with them to (a) scope and plan work (b) manage expectations and communicate requirements (c) update on project progress (b) manage daily tasks and drive delivery.• Contributing to creation of opportunities for learning and development and best practice sharing• Proactively engage with Business Directors and Senior Managers to identify opportunities for business improvements, including championing digital innovation and excellence across the agency, including seeking and raising new business opportunities
