ABOUT KRISTIN HELZ

I am a monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist with significant experience in the non-profit sector both internationally and in the U.S. My True Colors workstyle is green-blue. Thanks to my green, I am a researcher by nature, drawn to abstract ideas that benefit from organization and study for the purpose of practical application. My blue means I like people too. I have conducted six internal evaluations for the American Red Cross and facilitated management action plans recommending concrete steps toward improved humanitarian service delivery. I am also strong at facilitating teams to think both creatively and logically to design evidence-based programming. I have developed two eLearning courses housed on disasterready.org and the IFRC Learning Platform, and accessible by thousands of learners in the humanitarian community. I am committed to a career path serving a mission-driven organization, supporting teams along learning journeys of continuous improvement in programming.
