Part of the team responsible for onboarding, continuing education and clinical guidance for one of THRs newest venture! 30+ clinics open and counting with a new and innovative model. More to come in 2025 and beyond. Role includes being a credentialed trainer for ambulatory, radiant, cadence and professional billing applications in Epic. Also involved in the ambulatory virtual ventures for Texas Health. Role also includes coordination of onboarding for medical assistants, LVNs, radiologic technologists, non-certified technologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and site managers as well as training programs for new available services as they arise such as occupational health and monoclonal antibody therapies. Leadership development series created in this role.
