ABOUT KRISTIN FLORES

I am an Account Manager at LCM INDUSTRIES, INC, a leading manufacturer representative of industrial equipment and solutions. I joined the company in February 2024, after more than two years of experience as a Sales Support Representative at Flowserve Corporation, a global leader in engineered flow control solutions. In my current role, I manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients, negotiate contracts and agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborate with a diverse and talented team of engineers, sales managers, and project coordinators, to deliver high-quality and timely solutions that meet the clients\' needs and expectations. I have strong skills in contract review, problem solving, business administration, communication, and customer service, which I have developed and honed through my previous and current work experiences. I am passionate about my field and always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me provide better value and service to my clients. I strive to exceed expectations and achieve excellence in everything I do. I value teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, and I enjoy working with people who share the same vision and goals. My ultimate objective is to make a positive impact and difference in the industry and the society.
