Kristin has more than 20 years of public accounting experience strategically partnering with clients in navigating a broad range of tax and business-related matters. She is well versed in advising publicly traded and privately held entities with their U.S. tax and business needs. Moreover, she has extensive experience assisting clients with addressing federal and state tax compliance, tax consulting, strategic planning, income tax controls, and ASC 740 income tax accounting related matters. Foundational to serving her clients, Kristin seeks to thoroughly understand her client’s, their business operations, their goals and their pain points. As a problem solver and thought leader, Kristin is known for her strong professional relationships and personalized approach to client service. As head of tax, Kristin is responsible for the Tax Group’s leadership, direction, guidance and tax quality control. Kristin is highly attuned to anticipating the needs of the firm’s clients. She is a champion of technology, encouraging innovation and process improvement to drive quality and efficiency efforts across the organization. Kristin has a proactive and collaborative leadership style which creates an inclusive environment that energizes the Tax Group and drives creativity and efficiencies as well as cultivates a work culture that is productive, people focused, and joyful. Kristin holds a BS in Accounting, a BS in Economics, and a MSA with a concentration in Tax. Kristin is a Certified Public Accountant.
