Laguna College of Art + Design is located in an internationally recognized arts colony in Laguna Beach, California, and offers a diversity of majors in Animation, Graphic Design and Digital Media, Fine Art, Game Art, Illustration and Entertainment Design. As a founding member of the Experimental Animation program, Kristin\'s role encompasses:• Instructing junior- and senior-year undergraduate students as they develop OCs and launch their senior animated thesis film projects. Classes include: Original Series Development (EX370 online), Directing for Limited + Experimental Animation (EX390 in-person), New Media Auteur (LA380 online), and one-on-one mentorships; • Facilitating professional panel discussions, guest speaker events, and artist introductions geared toward inspiring and informing the students\' projects. Topics include pitching, writing, visual development, storyboarding, animatic editing, sound design, and merchandizing.
