ABOUT KRISTIN DEMAFELIZ

I help leaders and teams actualize change together. Drawing from a diverse range of theory, models and movements for change, I create the environmental conditions for teams to sense-make and problem solve together, thereby co-creating change and helping clients redefine leadership, teamwork and collaboration within and around their organisational system and context. I\'m passionate about helping clients collaboratively reimagine, design and enhance their ways of working. Through facilitated sessions, training and coaching, I help build capabilities, behaviours, skills and systems so teams build capabilities for adeptly navigating through change in the future. I\'ve led change initiatives at organisations like Calvin Klein, Global Brands Group, and Bloomberg Philanthropies and others in government, finance, health/wellness and biotech.
