ABOUT KRISTIN DAVIS

I\'m on a mission to build a better planet.The more time I spend in this industry, I realize how much it influenced my growth and development. In the words of Miranda Lambert. it really was \"The House That Built Me.\" We were living on a tight budget in rural Alberta in a constant state of renovation and repair as we walked the tightrope between what we needed and what we could afford to turn our 1920’s decommissioned schoolhouse into a home. I learned about rotting wood by falling through roofs and floorboards and about how fragile drywall is when you think playing baseball inside is a good idea.To foster my curiosity about construction, I signed up for construction/welding as an option in high school but was quickly diverted because well, “girls don’t go into those trades.” So instead, I graduated, moved out and got my start in administration. I had a unique career experience working alongside top performing CEO’s and executive teams. When I found my way back to construction, I wanted to act on what I’d learned and apply it to the industry I knew was “home” for me.We learn as children that our vital needs to live include air, food, water, and shelter. Yet we pollute our air and water, which affects our food, and we build with “good enough” in mind. We are all affected by the choices we make; from the products we produce to the way we use them. At ZS2 Technologies we’re dedicated to raising these standards. “Good enough” is not going to cut it anymore. ZS2 Technologies was founded by like-minded and change-driven individuals with a common mission. We act with innovative curiosity, unfailing tenacity, and the collaboration of a community that all want the same thing, to create real meaningful change in the world, for everyone!
