1. Inaugural Director, Transforming College Campuses

   Transforming College Campuses is a six year gift focused on student psychological well-being and sense of belonging on college campuses. The gift is a collaboration between the School of Psychology and Counseling, Student Affairs and the Center for Psychological Services. Graduate students in the School of Psychology and Counseling will work with undergraduate students in University 1001 courses and university-wide programs to develop their sense of belonging at college. The program will be implemented on Fairleigh\'s Metropolitan and Florham Park campuses. I will have the opportunity to create, develop and design the content to be implemented over the next five years.Created a brand of thrive, create, connect (TCC) to offer relatability to Transforming College Campuses for students. Programs and services are designed based on eight areas of sense of belonging and community. In addition, there are six LiveWell categories used as the framework to create a comprehensive approach to our offerings. Designed several wellness and wellbeing initiatives for the FDU community including LiveWell Intentions, Self-Care Club, Let’s Talk, Healing Paws, Spirit Lunch, CommuniTEA, and Unleash Your Unique.Developed LiveWell Warriors, a peer health educators leadership experience to educate undergraduate students on alcohol and other drugs, sexual assault, hook-up culture, consent, and bystander intervention.Bringing educational awareness to health prevention topics and national awareness observances through social media and marketing campaigns and events. Taught two sections of University 1001 first year seminar course.Collaborated with an advisory board to redesign the curriculum for University 1001 for implementation in fall 2024.
