Selected to join the global programme team to lead the L&D workstream for two enterprise-wide change initiatives - Future of Finance and ERP upgrade. Responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions across both programs. Key projects: Finance and Procurement re-design - all transactional tasks are being outsourced to India, so retained roles are being elevated to a more strategic level. Worked with the various finance groups and applied change management tools to understand the OD and talent needs. Created interventions such as competency frameworks and talent management support to include behavioral interview documents, assessments, development programs, and career paths. Provided line managers of impacted roles with additional TM support to include hiring and career conversation tools. Designed and delivered engagement sessions with merged teams, including DE & I/cultural awareness training. ERP upgrade – organization is upgrading ERP system to cloud-based suite. Responsible for change management and training to transition over 2500 end users. Designed training for over 50 change agents so that they could support the business; worked with SMEs across 5 process streams (Finance, Supply Chain, Order to cash transactional, Service, and Assembly to Inventory) to come up with the learning needs for each of their areas. Ended up with 55 learning modules deployed over 6 weeks. Also hired staff to launch a new digital adoption platform (Whatfix) to enable learning within the ERP system itself. ROI - quick upskill of the employees who create POs, invoice customers, order equipment and parts, manage logistics.all the tasks that enable Aggreko to operate and make money.
