Think of me as the “fixer”. I’m the person called in, selected, or promoted to deliver results-whether it\'s to turn around an underperforming division or chart new strategies to propel revenue, sales, and customer count for national companies. Challenges such as those energize me and I enjoy finding ways to meet-and routinely exceed-whatever the original goal is. As a strong operational leader, I have led 1K+-person teams in every U.S. state (as well as Puerto Rico), high-volume inventories, and multimillion-dollar budgets. To me, change is critical to growth so I’m skilled in guiding my teams through major changes whether it’s a corporate restructuring, the adoption of new innovations, or the diversification of company offerings. And, although I can make and enforce the toughest of decisions, it’s important to me that my teams feel valued and engaged. I work hard to cultivate collaborative environments characterized by transparent communication (to the highest degree possible) as well as the opportunity for professional growth. For those who want to advance in their careers, I serve both as their mentor/coach and biggest champion to help them learn the skills they need for promotions to more accountable roles.
