I enjoy keeping you and your team organized to keep projects and cases moving forward. I am systems and big-picture thinking with an eye for detail. My current position has allowed me the space to design an organization system to manage the details and practice for an in-demand attorney with a large book of business. The system that I created was designed to be logical, repeatable and applicable across departments. I am very proud that this project has grown into something larger. I grew up in law, specifically Intellectual Property law. My father had his own firm and I started at the bottom as a high school and summer job. I worked my way up to paralegal and office manager. In small firms you learn to do everything.I have over 20 years of experience providing high level assistance. I have supported individuals and juggled multiple attorneys and executives. I have managed vendor and technology relationships, overseeing office logistics, and provided project support. I bring an extensive background in reporting, research/analysis, and presentations. I have sat in courtroom galleries doing trial analysis, stayed late and come in early to process discovery, taught attorneys the technology we were litigating, tracked defendants eBay transactions to prove the sales of infringing products, took the first Efiling class at the Federal courthouse and provided case summaries to the FBI. I have also gotten coffee, cleaned offices and gate-kept access to someone’s time.
