With over 14 years of management experience in different industries one thing always stays true, you must lead by example.I am a problem solver. When I see an issue that needs addressing I don’t wait for someone else to solve it. The oil and gas industry was continually evolving so when I saw the need to streamline our inspection services to an electronic format I took charge and created a digital document that served both the field technicians and management personal. This change increased the amount of inspection work we typically completed and increased revenues related by over a million dollars. I have a vast amount of experience in various fields which has contributed to my success in my current role. As I have been responsible for payroll, recruitment, a/p, a/r, group benefits and performance management/ coaching of staff. I am a curious person and enjoy new challenges. I am fitness enthusiast in order to balance my love of good food and fine bakeries. I enjoy golfing and I am a huge fan of football. All of these interests have lead to some fantastic trips and memories.
