Technical lead for native touring development. Led the development, architecture, and cross-team collaboration for a shared architecture powering multiple tour form types. Drove development and GraphQL schema design of a modular backend driven tour management page- Pioneered the design and usage of the MVI Android architectural pattern throughout Zillow Group, by leading the development of the Android Touring teams MVI architecture and more broadly sharing learnings via an internal Summit and by owning the technology on the Zillow Android Tech Panel. Acted as a consultant for various teams about their adoptions of MVI- Completed Leadership Entrance Experience Program 1 (LEEP) where I was able to learn and master various coaching models and methodologies while also having the opportunity to mentor developers throughout Zillow Group (each for over half a year)- Coached and mentored engineers throughout Zillow Group in both making goals and working towards achieving those goals- Managed a summer intern, where I coached the intern from having no native development experience to being confident in taking on feature work independently- Technical lead for the native New Construction Identity Verification project. Where I led a team of developers to build a solution for accurately verifying an individual\'s identity in order to tour homes of New Constructions that partner with Zillow- Coached interns in the ZEAL intern rotational program, where over a few weeks of time I introduced interns to native development and coached them to a level where they were able to independently and confidently write Android code.
