Kristie Knights is a Service-oriented Director and Coach with more than 25 years of experience providing excellent leadership coaching to Fortune 500 companies and organizations, as well as, individuals to optimize talent and performance. Strategic and analytical with motivational leadership style and expertise in building new network connections, creating intellectual capital, and streamlining procedures to increase innovation, and executive job satisfaction. She is also the Founder/CEO of a non-profit, iRise to Save Lives. iRise provides suicide awareness and prevention. iRise serves the community, including military, religious organizations, and businesses providing on site training in suicide prevention and awareness. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Organizations, National Board of Certified Counselors, National Association of Suicidology, and American Counseling Association.
