With over two decades in executive search, Kristie has supported the placement of senior executives globally across publicly traded, venture-backed, and private equity–backed organizations. Since joining Calibre One in 2006, she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s evolution and scale. As Head of Recruiting Operations, Kristie leads the strategy, infrastructure, and performance standards that power the firm’s execution. She architects recruiting systems, process design, data visibility, and operational rigor - ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across every assignment. Kristie also oversees Learning & Development, designing and facilitating structured training programs that elevate judgment, differentiation, client leadership, and search excellence. She builds frameworks that help the team expand scope, strengthen decision-making, and operate with greater ownership and accountability. Her work sits at the intersection of performance, capability building, and operational excellence—driving both immediate results and long-term organizational growth. She is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering colleagues, helping them level up and realize their professional ambitions.Prior to her tenure at Calibre One, Kristie served as a Resource Development Manager at Modis, a prominent technical contract staffing firm, where she adeptly placed individuals ranging from programmers to directors. Earlier in her career, she also contributed her expertise at The Clorox Company as an in-house recruiter, supporting talent acquisition across the entirety of their product lines, as well as aiding in special projects and DEI & B initiatives. Kristie is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where she majored in International Relations. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of San Francisco, School of Management. A US and EU dual citizen, when not traveling, you can usually find Kristie and her family in, on, or near the water. Or trying to keep up on hikes with their energetic vizsla throughout Northern California.
