In my current role as Vice President of Consumer Lending, I am wholly responsible for developing consumer lending initiatives, as well as building and leading the team that executes on those initiatives. Under my direction, our work in consumer lending directly contributes to the performance, stability and profitability of United Heritage Credit Union. I have over 25 years progressive experience to include direct and indirect consumer, real estate and commercial lending. This success is supported by a background in collections, risk mitigation, loss mitigation and subprime lending. With 7 years as VP of Consumer Lending to include sales, underwriting and operations, we have seen portfolio growth of 285% during this time frame. Encouraging a high level of collaboration with employees, peers and vendors leads to success in achieving strategic goals. Being an early adopter, unique industry leader in credit union lending structure, systems, processes and compensation sets UHCU apart. Since 2020 successfully recruited and retained staff, growing department from twenty-six to thirty-seven, while also restructuring as necessary. I have extensive CUSO experience including formation and management. Currently, I am an advisory board member for our LOS.
