Responsible for designing and developing FCC\'s policy framework, and research and apply related best practices.Accountable for development and interpretation of information and data management policies, procedures, standards, and directives for FCC’s information assets-Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, and directives for the capture, creation, access, distribution, usage, storage, security, retrieval, retention and disposition of organizational information and data-Develop and delivers change management plans, communications and training material on how to apply information and data management policies, processes and best practices-Provide direction and oversight to value streams, product teams and process owners on the interpretation and implementation if information policy, procedures and standards.Accountable for the implementation of the governance and operating model for FCC’s critical information and data assets-Provide facilitation services between information stewards and key stakeholders as well as escalations to, or communications from, the Information Governance Committee-Provide data quality issue tracking by priority including remediation and commitments, providing escalation to information stewards or Information Governance Committee-Responsible for the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators for critical information assets to measure data management maturity at the enterprise level.
