HR is my superpower!I’m an HR Business Partner who’s passionate about helping people and organizations grow together. I love building strong, people-first teams and guiding companies through meaningful change that creates more motivating and engaging workplaces—whether in person or remote. I’m currently working as a very part time consultant managing leaves but am looking for something full time.I’m data-driven but deeply human-centered, with a special focus on employee engagement, retention, and onboarding. I believe every great employee experience starts the moment someone applies, and I take pride in creating welcoming, supportive journeys that help people feel connected from day one.Along the way, I’ve implemented new HR technologies for efficiency, led fair and thorough employee relations investigations, and supported leaders in fostering positive, high-performing cultures.I hold my PHR certification and recently completed my Master’s in Human Resource Management (September 2025)—a two-year program I proudly finished in just five months. I’m always eager to keep learning, growing, and making a difference in every organization I’m part of.
