Billings Clinic is Montana’s largest health care system serving Montana, Wyoming and the western Dakotas, and is an integrated multi-specialty group practice with a 304-bed hospital and Level II trauma center with more than 4,700 employees, including more than 550 physicians and non-physician providers and advanced practitioners offering more than 80 specialties.Highlights: • Collaborate as a strategic business partner with Billings Clinic and/or regional affiliate Leadership in the development and execution of workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies.• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational objectives and plan and conduct regular meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and efforts.• Work with Leadership to develop and implement succession strategies and plans.• Administer the advertising budget, selection of agencies, media and approaches to employment advertising.• Manage all aspects of applicant tracking and evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications• Develop, implement and coordinate the employment, recruitment, placement and transfer programs in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.• Authorize and approve relocation expenses and/or tuition reimbursement as appropriate.• Participate in the general orientation processes for all new employees. Work closely with Professional Development and Information Services to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
