I have 25 years experience in serving and managing several disciplines that impact the Customer Experience including Field Service, Advanced Applications, Process Engineering, and Product Test Engineering. I have a strong background in process engineering, wire bonding, capital equipment, and additive manufacturing, with proven skills in project management, lean product development, DOE, root cause analysis, and Minitab. I have successfully developed, evaluated, and brought to market new interconnect technologies, ultrasonic products, and additive manufacturing products delivering innovative solutions and value to our customers. I am passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and driving continuous improvement and growth for Nexa3D.
