I am an enthusiastic and motivated 3rd year undergraduate student at Nottingham Trent University, pursuing a degree in Economics with International Finance and Banking. I chose this course because of my passion for both economics and finance, particularly when certain economic concepts intersect with rigorous mathematical analysis.My university and A-Level journey has given me a strong foundation in economic theory and accompanied with my keen interest in the world of finance, I am driven to explore how mathematical models can be applied to real-world economic and financial issues. Modules like Econometrics has allowed me to learn and use mathematical equations linking to specific economic theories. While my Financial modules has taught me how to critically analyse a banks income statement, their balance sheet and more.I aspire to build a career in finance, where I can leverage my analytical skills and knowledge to contribute to innovative financial solutions with like minded individuals. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my understanding of the financial industry, whether its through internships, research, or networking with professionals.
