As Senior Program Associate, Product Pipeline Management I work in the OperationsManagement department to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments on the design andcommercialization of STEMCELL’s novel GMP products. I manage new product introduction and design transfer activities and execute continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage GMP product development projects moving through the new productintroduction process through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts Maintain stakeholder engagement by facilitating information flow, roadblock identification andremoval, risk identification and data-driven decision making Manage product design data through the Product Lifecycle Management database and ensure that appropriate data quality and documentation requirements are met for all new products Contribute to the generation and robust reporting of performance metrics (key performance indicators, KPIs) relevant to the program Optimize workflows and activities that impact the new product introduction process andimplement best practicesSTEMCELL Technologies provides high-quality cell culture media, cell separation technologies, instruments, accessory products, and educational resources to scientists around the world working on stem cell, immunology, cancer, regenerative medicine, and cellular therapy research.
