I have worked for LKQ for 20 years, starting as a Sales Advisor and working my way up to Regional Manager for the last 4 years. I currently oversee 24 branches in the East Anglia and Essex area of the UK, the 2nd largest turnover region within the business. Here my 400 colleagues strive for excellence and continue to do the best for our customers. Our values and cultures continue to evolve over time and some of my proudest moments are seeing my colleagues succeed and move forward in their careers. At the heart of everything I do is the word “Team”, without it we would achieve very little, with it we can not only achieve great things but also shape our very own future. Over the past few years change has been key to my success going from branch visits daily to home working and learning the skill of remote working and remote management, this has ultimately lead to a hybrid way of working and shaped the organisation for the years ahead.
