   Cloud-based payment processing system. Owned by Fiserv, Inc.• Recognized as a subject matter expert in payment processing. Spotted issues in the end-of-day process across different Clover and Fiserv units and pulled together a team to resolve them. Main stakeholder said my work strengthened the relationship between Clover and Fiserv. • Decreased support costs related to end-of-day processing and sales-to-deposit reconciliation by 65% by leading the strategy, design, and launch of a new self-service tool. • Led content design of the company’s self-service onboarding tool for the underwriting team. The tool increased new merchant acquisition from 3% to 68%.• Established onboarding frameworks to guide new merchants through setup. Redesigned their dashboard homepage. Developed content and design guidelines for setup tasks, task dependencies, and empty states to increase brand trust and consistency. These frameworks were adopted across all product teams. • Reorganized and expanded the company’s content guidelines. Drew positive feedback and much-expanded use across product, design, and marketing.
