I’m a highly organized and self-directed, committed finance and accounting professional who implements time-saving procedures and process improvements and achieves positive results. Recently, I worked as the Senior Manager – FP & A at Nordam managing forecasting, reporting, and analytical support for centralized support functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Tooling, Quality, and Research and Development). Prior to that role, I worked as the Manager – Corporate FP & A partnering with operations to prepare budgets, forecast, and strategic plans. I also served as the project manager to implement Hyperion Planning to reduce numerous spreadsheets and streamline the forecasting process. Previously I was the Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) Project Management Office (PMO) Program Manager managing numerous production revenue accounting projects under the PRA Program. I implemented a project framework and strategy to more successfully execute projects and deliver outstanding results. I have also been the Production and Revenue Accounting Manager over BP’s Gulf of Mexico assets. During that time, I successfully transitioned the work in the United States to Buenos Aires. In addition to these positions, I have been a Delivery Project Executive transitioning work to an outsource provider in India; a Mergers and Acquisitions Team Leader directing a team on handling due diligence and post-closing accounting for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments; an FP & A lead for an Amoco business unit; and a Capital Assets Team Leader. I have excellent leadership, organizational skills, and analytical skills demonstrated by delivering large projects on schedule and within budget while meeting the business’s requirements. I have the experience and flexibility to work in very dynamic and complex environments. I am an effective communicator at all levels of the organization and with third-parties.
