As Program Director, I play a key role in expanding and enhancing programs that empower youth aging out of foster care. I launched innovative initiatives like the nsoroWORKS Roadshow series, introducing participants to high-demand trade careers and credentialing opportunities. I successfully grew program enrollment, significantly increasing access to scholarships and workforce development resources. By securing impactful partnerships with prominent organizations, I enriched the support network available to our scholars. Additionally, I scaled program infrastructure to facilitate national expansion and strengthened mentorship and coaching models, fostering life skills, career readiness, and credential attainment for participants.
