About Kristi Nicklas
Former Recruiting Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, with a extensive background in the IT Staffing Industry. It is important to me to go beyond a recruiter, finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company. Having a degree in Psychology and a background in Social Work, has provided me with the tools to work well with people and finding what they are searching for in their careers. In May of 2022 I decided it was time for a new challenge, without leaving the company that I love and moved to Operations within our Cloud and Infrastructure, and Security Group.
