About Kristi McClain

As a registered nurse, I understand the importance of trust between clinicians, business operations, and vendors. That’s why I now dedicate my career to eliminating unnecessary silos within health systems. In my role as a Clinical Solutions Consultant, I onboard and train customers on Medicom’s healthtech solutions. With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve worked in a variety of roles within different care settings including inpatient, ambulatory care, and quality improvement and change management. My clinical background allows me to not only better understand customer needs, but also empathize with their frustrations. By being the client\'s voice to our internal stakeholders, I am able to build successful relationships and workflows.I\'m a firm believer that technology plays a vital role in improving patient care, and we\'ve only scratched the surface of what\'s to come in healthtech. My passion for helping others stands true in and outside the office. When I\'m not working, you’ll find me exploring all North Carolina has to offer and spending time with my family and friends.
