About Kristi Cooke

Not your average cookie. I have a deep drive for crafting accessible human centric experiences, with a constant push for being better at getting better. With over 12 years of being immersed in UX product design, I enjoy exploring the opportunity areas where user meets business. My degree and experience in the industry have taught me to be quick on my feet, and adapt the design process as needed because every product is different. I thrive in fast paced situations, and enjoy facilitating design thinking workshops to explore options quickly. Comfortable in stakeholder management, clearly articulating UX decisions, showing the value through long term strategy, and using data for measuring success. Outside of being end-user obsessed and geeking out in Figma, you can typically find me with coffee or kindle in hand. On the weekend I am either at the local hockey game, outside rock climbing, in the yard gardening.

Continuously developing others and driving outcomes by mentoring and collaborating with the UXers within Crew Experience and Innovation product family, to not only stay informed, but work in sync to craft meaningful, connected and seamless experiences for our internal crew.
