Research trends and attend seasonal shows or market meetings as required- Conduct competitive analysis and trend research for seasonal collections and newconcepts- Manage and execute the timeline and total production process from initial concept todelivery- Collaborate with the Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale merchandising teams tounderstand specific business needs and opportunities for accessories development- Create seasonal assortments for all accessory categories- Prepare assortment plans by business unit for all accessory categories- Manage buy meetings for all channels of distribution, including selling analysis, trendoverview and presentation of new development- Negotiate pricing to achieve established margin targets and price points- Communicate and coordinate with vendors daily for product development, productionspecifications, material approvals and sample approvals- Create and manage seasonal development and sample tracking process and charts toinclude development, fit, wholesale, marketing and TOP samples- Review samples and ensure they are made according to size specification and designdetails- Ensure all samples are labeled and inventoried correctly and coordinate sample distributionto appropriate cross functional teams- Prepare product for presentations and meetings with both internal and external audiences- Manage shipping and receiving supporting assigned product categories.
