ABOUT KRISTI KULAS

I’m a property & casualty insurance & risk management advisor at M3 Insurance based in M3’s Wausau, WI office. I help businesses manage and transfer their risks through risk management strategies and advising on the right insurance coverages for their needs. I’m primarily focused on partnering with the manufacturing & distribution and food & agribusiness industries. My goal is to protect their business to help them maintain financial stability, so they can meet their business goals and allow them to take care of their employees and customers. I’m a strong believer in transparency and finding a way to partner together on a strategy to meet those goals. I’m a lifelong learner and keep my insurance and risk management knowledge up-to-date through my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations. To better understand and consult with food industry businesses, I’m also a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified individual. I proudly grew up in central WI on a dairy farm where I learned the values I still have today: accountability, diligence, respect, and passion. I found M3 while I was studying at Edgewood College in Madison and fell hard for the insurance world. I worked my way from an intern to my current role at M3 over the past 15+ years and every new day still excites me. I love hearing about the unique story of each business and finding a way to help them continue to do what they do best.
