As the Program Supervisor for Arapahoe County’s \"Parents to Work\" initiative, I lead a dedicated team that partners with the Arapahoe County Human Services Division and community organizations to each year empower over 180 non-custodial and custodial parents to secure meaningful employment and meet their child support obligations. My role involves overseeing the program’s daily operations, ensuring adherence to program guidelines, and driving collaboration with key community partners to maximize participant outcomes.Key Responsibilities-Develop and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and program success-Manage program metrics and reporting, identifying trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance participant outcomes-Cultivate a culture of accountability and empowerment, resulting in positive employment and child support compliance outcomes for participants-Plan and coordinate events to celebrate participant milestones, while creating networking opportunities with peers and potential employers.Key Achievements-In PY23, assisted 223 clients, delivering over 5,700 services and facilitating 100 successful job placements, with an average starting wage of $22.73 per hour-Partnered with the Business Development department to provide 5 Work-Based Learning opportunities and 15 Post-Secondary training certifications for program participants-Spearheaded initiatives that celebrated 31 Fatherhood graduates, reinforcing the program\'s commitment to holistic support for parents and their children.
